If you experience a problem with any Kagi product due to a
design or manufacturing flaw, we will replace the item free of charge.
Problems due to normal wear and tear over time or abuse (improper care
of product or use in an unintended manner) do not qualify. The damaged
item must be shipped to us for evaluation before the exchange can be

Retuning Products:
If you are returning a product to Kagi please comply with
the following guidelines:
1. Contact us first for return authorization.
2. Ship using some form of delivery confirmation.
3. Include your purchase invoice (print out from Paypal) and the reason for the return.
